Fixed transmission loss

What it is

A flat loss on the exported energy for the line and metering losses between the injection point and the delivery point of the power purchase agreement. It is taken at every timestep the system exports.

Typical values and how to get it

0 unless the power purchase agreement sets one. If not given: 0: no transmission loss.
