What it is
A list of shutdown periods, each with its start in the time of the weather timestamps and its duration in hours. During a period the model still computes the inverter output and counts all of it in the unavailability row. The AC losses and the daytime auxiliaries are zero, and the night auxiliaries are still drawn.
Typical values and how to get it
Empty, or the planned maintenance windows and any known outages; a few periods of a day or more each. Example: [{"start": "1990-06-14T00:00:00", "hours": 48}].
