What it is

Whether the flat unavailability fraction and the shutdown periods enter the calculation.

Typical values and how to get it

Chosen on the Model tab. On, the default, when a fraction or periods are entered.

Values

true (default): the periods and the flat fraction are applied · false: the Unavailability of the system row is zero and the fraction and periods stay as entered
