Array
How the modules are mounted, laid out in rows and wired
What it is
The array section describes the mounting: the racking type, the tilt and azimuth of the plane or the tracker axis, the row geometry (collector width, ground cover ratio, inactive bands, row count) and the electrical layout (modules per string, strings per inverter, inverters). The model-choice keys in this section are written by the Model tab.
Typical values and how to get it
Enter the geometry from the design drawings. The defaults describe a 35° fixed-tilt array at a ground cover ratio of 0.5.
