Diffuse IAM integration
How the angular response is applied to sky and ground light
What it is
Selects how the angular-response curve, which is defined for one incidence angle, is applied to the diffuse light that arrives from every direction of the sky and the ground.
Typical values and how to get it
Chosen on the Model tab.
Values
Mask-conditioned integrals = conditioned_integral (default): the curve integrated over the part of the sky the rows leave visible, weighted by the light each direction brings to the plane; the ground by the same integral, read at the angle the Ground IAM angle step sets · 19-bin histogram = histogram: incidence-angle bins 5° wide from 0° to 95°, the last one always empty, for the sky and the ground, each weighted by its share of the light on the plane · Effective angle = effective_aoi: the curve read at one effective angle for the sky and one for the ground
