The electrical description of one PV module

What it is

The module section describes one PV module: its nameplate power and size, the current and voltage at standard test conditions, the temperature coefficients, the internal resistances of the one-diode circuit model, an optional measured incidence-angle table, the cell technology and the bifaciality factor. It can be given inline, by the id of an uploaded PAN file, or by the id of a library module. Inline, the nameplate power alone is enough for the PVWatts DC model.

Typical values and how to get it

Upload the manufacturer's PAN file when you have it. Otherwise pick a library module of the same class; library entries are converted from the CEC database and say so.
