Ideality factor temperature coefficient
Change of the ideality factor per degree; fitted when absent

What it is
How much the diode ideality factor changes per degree of cell temperature. When it is 0 or empty, the model fits it from the power temperature coefficient.
Typical values and how to get it
Leave it empty unless the PAN file carries a value. If not given: 0, also when a PAN file has no muGamma.
