What it is

The cell technology of the module. It selects the published coefficient set of the spectral correction and decides whether the automatic spectral mode applies: the automatic mode runs for cadmium telluride only.

Empty (default): not stated · Mono-crystalline = monosi: monocrystalline silicon · Multi-crystalline = multisi: multicrystalline silicon · CdTe = cdte: cadmium telluride · CIGS = cigs: copper indium (gallium) selenide, CIS included; the light-soaking gain applies · Amorphous = asi: amorphous silicon
