One-diode maximum-power point

What it is

Selects how the maximum-power point of the one-diode curve is found at every timestep. It is read with the Mermoud one-diode model.

Values

Exact maximum = exact (default): the maximum of the curve's power · 41 voltages and a parabola = sampled_41: the curve's power at the vertex of a parabola through the largest of 41 equally spaced voltages from 0 V to the open-circuit voltage and its two neighbours
