Prism object

A closed base polygon with a height at each vertex

What it is

A prism is a closed polygon of three or more vertices [x, y, z, h]; the last vertex joins the first. Its shadow is the convex hull of its silhouette: a non-convex base is accepted and shaded as its hull, with a warning naming the object. It is opaque. Lengths are in the scene's unit, the same for every length.

Typical values and how to get it

Buildings, rooftop units, containers, substations; a box is a four-vertex prism, and a gable roof is two prisms whose tops slope from the eaves up to the ridge. If not given: the id is o1, o2, … in the order of the objects list.
