The coldest ambient temperature of the string-voltage check

What it is
The lowest ambient temperature the string design must stand, in °C. The string-voltage check on the System tab and in the API warnings reads it to find the string's highest open-circuit voltage. The energy model does not read it. If not given: the lowest ambient temperature in the weather file.
Typical values and how to get it
The record low of the site, or the design low of the local electrical code, often a few degrees below the weather file's minimum.
