HV line
High-voltage line to the injection point

What it is
The high-voltage line carries the power from the HV transformer to the injection point. Its loss grows with the square of the current. At transmission voltages the current is small, so the loss is usually below 0.1 % of the annual energy.
Options
- Resistive loss: a loss with the square of the power, after the HV transformer
- Do not model: no HV line loss, with the entered fraction kept on the Losses tab
