No MV line loss, with the entered fraction kept on the Losses tab

Method
The MV line loss is left out, and the MV line ohmic loss row is zero. The fraction entered on the Losses tab is kept for when the line is modelled again. A grid power limitation at the injection point leaves the line out of the inverter ceiling as well.
