Transmission and other losses — model step

What it is

Two flat losses act on the exported power near the injection point. The fixed transmission loss is a share of the export set by a grid agreement or by a metering point further away. The other AC loss is a share for anything the other steps do not cover. Each has its own row in the loss diagram.

Options

Flat fractions: two flat fractions of the exported power after the HV line
Do not model: no transmission or other AC loss, with the entered fractions kept on the Losses tab
