Flat fractions

Method

On every timestep with export and a positive power after the HV line, the fixed transmission loss takes its fraction of that power. The other AC loss then takes its fraction of what remains. On timesteps without export both are zero, so neither acts on the night consumption. The two losses have their own rows: Fixed transmission loss and AC other loss.
