One backtracking rotation per orientation group

Inputs used: Backtracking angle, Backtracking, Backtracking width, Collector band width

Method

Every tracker of an orientation group turns to the same rotation. The rotation follows the backtracking equation of the Backtracking width step, as if the field were one plane at the group's axis tilt. This is PVsyst's rule.
